Sedalia's Welcome Center

Built in 1896 as a fully functional railroad station, the Sedalia Katy Depot is currently occupied by the Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce, Sedalia Convention and Visitors Bureau, the railroad heritage exhibits, and The Depot Store.  Serving since its rededication in 2001 as the official Sedalia Welcome Center, the Katy Depot has been designated by the Missouri Division of Tourism as an Affiliate State Welcome Center.  Thousands every year migrate to and use the historic trail that lies within the park.
